How long does fitting take?
Allow 45 minutes for four tyres. You can wait on site, coffee is on us.
And do you store my summer tyres?
Yes, seasonal storage is €40 for four tyres, cleaned and stored under cover until spring.

How much is a colour with a cut?
Colour + cut: from €75, allow 1.5 hours. The exact price depends on length, confirmed when you arrive.
Do you have room on Saturday morning?
The salon is open on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. Available slots are shown on the Booking page, pick yours online.
Do you use ammonia-free colours?
Yes, our whole colour range is ammonia-free. A plant-based alternative is available on request.

A 2-bedroom with a terrace, under €1,200 a month?
Two properties match: a 2-bedroom with terrace at €1,150 in Uccle, and another at €1,095 in Ixelles.
Are charges included?
In Uccle, €150 of charges are added (heating and water included). In Ixelles, charges are €90, excluding heating.
Can I visit this week?
Viewings are by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Leave your number here or call the agency at the number shown on the listing.

Yes, the practice accepts new patients. The first consultation lasts 30 minutes.

How much is the diagnosis?
The electronic diagnosis costs €49, deducted from the invoice if you have the repair done with us.
Do you lend a car during the repair?
Yes, a courtesy car is available on reservation, free for any repair over €300.

How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 working days in Belgium and Luxembourg, 4 to 5 days in France. Free from €60.

It is a conversational assistant (chatbot) powered by artificial intelligence, which you install on your site with a single line of code. It answers your visitors, 24/7, based on the actual content of your site.
Where do the assistant's answers come from?
Every answer draws on the content of your site, not on guesswork or general knowledge. The assistant automatically reads and indexes your pages, then uses them to answer.
Can the assistant make up answers?
It is designed to answer only from your content. Like any AI system, it can still make mistakes or misread an ambiguous question. That is why we recommend reviewing the conversation history in your dashboard regularly and keeping your site up to date.
What is it actually used for?

Do visitors know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant tells the visitor that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, in line with the EU AI Act.
How do I install the AI Assistant?
Installation takes three steps: 1) create your account and add your site; 2) copy the script provided (a single line) and paste it into your site's code, just before the tag, or in your tool's "custom code" field; 3) indexing starts automatically and the assistant is live. On WordPress, the Awineo Assistant plugin replaces the copy and paste.
Do I need a developer or my hosting provider?
No. Installation requires neither a developer nor any action from your hosting provider. You only need to be able to add a line of code to your site.
Is my site compatible?
The assistant works on any site that lets you add a script to its pages: WordPress (official plugin or code), Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Joomla, or a custom-built site. If you can add a pixel or an analytics code, you can install the assistant.
Do I need to do anything when I change my site?
No. Indexing is automatic: the answers follow the updates to your site.
Can someone copy my script onto another site?
No. The script is locked to your domains: it only works on the domains you have authorised in your account.

Where exactly do I paste the script?
In your pages' code, ideally just before the tag. Most tools offer a "custom code" or "footer scripts" field: paste the script there once and it applies to every page. It loads asynchronously, after the rest of the page.
Do you have a WordPress plugin?
Yes. The Awineo Assistant plugin installs the widget without touching any code. From Settings > Awineo Assistant, paste your token (it starts with "as_", you will find it in your dashboard), save, and the assistant appears on every page. Compatible with WordPress 5.8 and above, no dependencies.
Does the WordPress plugin work with a cache plugin or a page builder?
Yes. The plugin simply adds the script to the footer of each page, like an analytics tool. It works with any theme that uses the standard WordPress footer, with page builders, and with cache plugins: clear the cache after activation to see the assistant right away.
Can I install the script through a tag manager?
Yes, with a custom HTML tag fired on all pages. If your tag manager alters the script's attributes, our support team will provide the suitable variant.
How do I check that the installation works?
Open your site: the assistant bubble appears at the bottom of the page. Your dashboard also shows "Snippet detected on the site" as soon as the script has loaded once. If nothing appears, clear your site's cache and check that the script is present in the page.
Does the script slow down my site?
No. The script is lightweight, loaded asynchronously after the rest of the page and served from our servers: it has no effect on how your pages display.
Can I install it on several sites?
Yes. Each site has its own assistant, its own script, its own settings and quota. You add an extra site from your dashboard, with a per-site surcharge depending on your pack.
What does the conversation look like for the visitor?
• On opening, the chat offers suggested questions, generated from the content of your site.
What happens when a visitor needs to talk to someone?
As soon as a need takes shape, the assistant offers your contact options: a clickable phone number, a form or a booking link. It can also collect the visitor's email address (lead capture) so that you can get back to them.
Can I view the conversations?
Yes. The conversation history is available in your dashboard. You can see the questions your visitors asked and the answers they were given.

How much does the AI Assistant cost?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, per month. With a yearly subscription, you pay for ten months instead of twelve: two months free.
How is the yearly subscription billed?
The yearly subscription is paid in advance for twelve months, with two months free. For example, the Pro pack at €79 per month comes to €66 per month on the yearly plan, that is €792 excl. VAT per year instead of €948, a saving of €156.
My site is very large, what do you offer?
The Enterprise pack is quoted on request: the number of pages, the question quota and the level of support are tailored to your site. Contact us at

Are there any paid extras?
No. Everything is included, with no hidden tiers: only the number of questions and the number of indexed pages vary from one pack to another.
Is VAT included?
No, prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added depending on your situation. For a business established in another European Union country with a valid VAT number, the invoice is issued under the reverse charge mechanism.
How are questions counted?
The quota is counted in questions handled per month. Each message a visitor sends to the assistant counts as one question.
Are unused questions carried over?
No. The monthly quota is not carried over to the following month.
What happens if I reach my quota?
The assistant shows the visitor a clear message and can offer them your contact options. It starts answering again at the beginning of the following month, or immediately if you move to a higher pack.
What happens if my site has more pages than my pack allows?
Only the pages within your pack limit are indexed. To cover your whole site, choose a pack with enough pages.
Can I change packs?
Yes, at any time from your customer area. Moving to a higher pack applies immediately; moving to a lower pack takes effect at the next renewal date.
How does the free trial work?
You get a 7-day free trial, with no credit card and no commitment. Simply create your account and install the script.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The assistant stops until you take out a subscription. No payment is taken automatically. Your projects are not deleted: you can subscribe later and find your configuration as you left it.
How is payment made?
Payment is made securely through Stripe. awineo does not store any banking details.
Am I tied in for a fixed period?
No. The subscription has no commitment.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Remember to remove the script from your site afterwards.
How long are conversations kept?
Conversations are kept for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted automatically.
Is my data used to train an AI?
No. Neither the content of your site nor your visitors' conversations are used to train artificial intelligence models.
Is the AI Assistant GDPR compliant?
